Long story cut really short

I need my shrink to fill out some forms.  Two pages (just the front, not front and back).

I dropped off the forms at his office this morning.

Just got a call from his office.

He needs me to come in while he fills out the papers.

So I had to make a 30 minute appointment, to go and sit in his office while he fills out the papers.

He is not on my health insurance.  So I have to pay his whole fee.

It will cost me $140 to go in, sit and watch him fill out 2 pieces of paper.

You think your life sucks R?

One time my aunt got charged for something stupid. She went to the bank, had it made into pennies and fropped the bag on their desk and walked out. True story. They wouldn;t except it. But once the lawyer said she paid you in full and it was never made clear HOW she was to pay you they shut up.

hwy not just stick a gun to you and rob you ????

why ?????? That seems like a scam! I would have him clean my ears, wash my butt, give me a pap smear and an unltrisound, breast exam, and a urin sample. Might as well get your monies worth! right?

I think one qualification every shrink needs to have is COMPASSION.  Doesn't sound like this one has that.  I also blame our nations healthcare system and republi-Cons of course.

If it's me... I fill them out myself and pretend the shrink did it and sign his name. Ooops... that's illegal... but then again... so should be charging that much money to fill out forms. *shaking my head*
*hugs*

I would sure tell him about that too!!! That is a lot of money to have to pay out of pocket for some "pencil work". Sorry to hear it. Regards, Bill.

You know.....I'm an outpatient psych nurse and I'm supposed to bill for every minute I "do" anything for you.  I don't.  It just seems wrong.  Someday I'll get caught and fired.  Hmmm.
