fine print or they have done what to my toilet paper?

Provide free mammograms! don't forget to click!

When a product that you have bought forever comes in a new package that says "now improved" ever wonder how it is improved?  Or how you can still get the same product for the same price while others raise their prices?

It's all in the fine print my friend.  I just got this link to a site called "mouse print"  It is a really interesting site and you should check it out.

Oh, back to the "now improved" stuff.  Click here and read about how they "improved" Scott bathroom tissues.  ---->>>Mouse Print»Blog Archive » Scott Toilet Paper: Still 1000 Sheets*  This was really interesting and something I thought about before (with different products.  didn't think they would such to toilet paper).

Check out the rest of the site while you are there.  Let me know if you find something else that you find interesting!

Just love it! Ugh

Personally I like Charmin. Mega roll has 704 sheets...I'm not going to notice that much of a difference. They even have one with lotion. They just think consumers are goin to just grab & not think! Like the Migraine & Arthritis Tylenol...no special ingrediant in them...just longer lasting...heck I can take Tylenol more often! I don't need to buy one for each problem. Less Calories Milky Ways...less candy!!!! Then the bottles of kitchen Bacterial spray & bathroom...is there different ingredients for different bacteria? No! And they say 25% more...how could you tell? They don't tell you how much of the active ingredient is in it on the back of the bottle! We are suppose to take their word for it! Ugh!

I try my hardest to remember to click this free mammograms link every day throughout the year but I have to admit that I'm really bad about remembering to do it.  I think it's awesome that each time you post an entry you have been adding that in, and each time I get your alert I come to your journal and click the link right away.  Great idea you had with that!!

They can a drop of white dye and its new and improved...lol..I think if they really wanted to sell something be clever about it...I had this idea but someone else had the money to make it..they call to basic tap water and had sarcastic writings on it...like how stupid are you to buy this...everyweek a different label....so with toilet paper..why not sell it as..."used and recycled"..a community product thats ALL about Nature...rlol

I am going to have to check this out. Although it isn't some big issue I have always wondered about this.

Thanks for the link to this site.  You know, Scott tissue had been our favorite for many years, and was the only kind we bought.  Then all of a sudden it seemed like it wasn't lasting as long.  We started getting the Kroger brand that is right next to Scott in the aisle, and discovered that it was just as good, cheaper, and lasted longer.  Now I know why!  Thanks!
