Last Day of 2006

It's raining here.  Raining outdoors, in my head just every
where.  It's depressing as you know what.

I have watched part of a DVD I got myself for Christ-
   mas:  Little Miss Sunshine.

I have been taping some of the Law & Order: SVU
marathon that's on the USA network today.  I love the
show and I have the "hots" for Det Stabler!  He is played
by actor Christopher Meloni who is a hottie.  Ages ago
I had HBO and he was on the show OZ also.  You can click
on the banner below to go to his web site.  Bet he is nothing
in real life like he is in my head. :(

So do I write about the year past or New Years resolutions
(which I don't really believe in), or my hopes and dreams
   for the upcoming year?

I don't see the point in looking at the past and as far as
looking forward I don't see much for me there either so
I guess you will just have to wait and go one day at a time
with me because that's all I got.  I have no hopes or plans
I have nothing great to look forward to.  It's just me, my
cats, my dirty house and my depression.  Nothing is getting
better, everything seems to continue to go down hill for
me.  Well 'cept for my babies.  They seem healthy (though
Maggie wants to eat herself into a big old butterball),
if you go by their litterbox they are healthy as can be.  I
can't seem to keep it clean -- guess I'm feeding them too
   well.  LOL

Ordered a CD that Russ recommeded.  Hope it is as good
as he said.  If not Russ I know where you work!  LOL

Playing the game Bookworm a lot lately.  Don't know why.
I need to be emptying out some of my email boxes, or
doing housework, or something.  You know with depression
it is really hard, really hard to do anything, anything at
all.  I know it is probably hard to understand but that's
   the way it is.

I hope everyone has a great time tonight however you
celebrate the coming in of the new year.  Stay safe.
DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE!!! The life you save may
be another AOL J-lander!  If you drink don't drive,
if you drive don't drink.  Heck get the booze, go home
lock the front door and get loaded with a loved one.
That's the best way to do it!  LOL

Happy New Year.  I do know about depression. I fight it.  I've been really having a battle with it the last few months.  You are right....everything is hard when you are depressed.
I hope this is a good year for us both.

I love to look at the past & see what I could improve upon. What I can do different & the HOPE of a new year & improving & growing & just the best for me. Fresh slates & new opportunities for Love, Success & Happiness! I know I deserve it just as much as anyone else so Dammit I'm going to get it! HA! I wish the same for you!

It rained here too.  And then the sun came out.  Damned if I don't know which made me feel worse.  I'm betting you'll like the CD quite a bit.  It's happy, happy stuff.  I'm listening to it right this second.

HUG,
Russ

I sure hope that 2007 brings you ways to ease your depression.   Anyway, I love bookworm too! But I bought it for 20 bucks and then lost it when my computer crashed!

Kathy, I understand about the depression, believe me.  I've been caught in the "cycle" the past few days myself... all we can do is just keep "keepin' on", you know?  Plus you have your Babies and they are joy themselves, they are wonderful to have when the depression falls on us.  Blessings, Teresa
