Hello! Are you there? Love this close up of a hamster (it is a hamster isn't it?) They are so cute. Had a few when I was little.
It rained all yesterday. I went out in it to vote yesterday afternoon. I thought the turn out in my little area was light (I was number 363 to vote) but the people working it said they were busy for it not being a presidental election. I have heard it said that like only 2 to 5 percent of register voters will vote in off years. That's a crying shame.
For some of the local sets people ran unopposed. That's a shame to. I have never understood it. I have always thought there would be 2 to 5 people (at least) wanting to hold any office. Guess I am wrong.
If I let the "kids" on the back porch during the day Maggie will "forget" to eat. Maybe that is how I will cut calories for her. She has "shhh.......diet" food, but she still looks a little chubby to me. But if she is out on the porch most of the day she doesn't seem to want to eat. Maybe she is like humans and eats out of boredom. LOL
No special reason for the cow. I like her attitude and the little earring on her udder. LOL
Have you ever noticed (and I could be wrong) that the only places that show pictures of what you are eating is barbque places? They have all these drawings of cute little pigs........you don't go to a chicken place and see pictures of chickens on the walls or cows at hamburger places. Although at Chik fil a you will see cows asking you to eat chicken. LOL
Last night on the SciFi channel I saw a re-run of an old show called "Dead Like Me". I thought it was pretty good. This 18 year old girl dies and becomes one of ?? grim reapers. Not nearly as depressing as it sounds. Her job it to take the soul before the accident that causes the persons death (so they won't feel the death). Ok, it's a weird show. And I'm kind of, sort of, just a little, wierd.
Have ya heard? Britney Spears has filed for divorce!! And she didn't even tell K-fed! He didn't know until TMZ.com told him. He is thinking of trying to get custody of their kids. LOL He can't take care of the ones he had before he married her. And goodness only knows he won't be making money off his singing or rapping or whatever it is he is calling what he does.
I'm sorry that last paragraph was really mean of me. Who knows what Britney and Kevin are like in real life. And quite honestly do we really care?
The cat in this siggy looks so much like my beloved (departed) cat Dallas. I miss her so very much.

I use to have 2 teddy bear hamsters when I was about 12 years old. one was white with pink eyes(an albino). It was neat looking.

There are so many celebrities getting divorced now. Its like a trend or something.

Love the hamster & cow graphic, so cute! The schools here in NY actually close on voting days, that's where everyone goes to place their ballot. Back home we'd go to the town hall and vote, but they don't have town halls here, lol. I feel the same as you about Britany & K-fed.... don't really care.
