Pamela managed to have a job/career she loved and one of heck of a boss.
She tells about her job and her funny boss here:
i think ..
Even with the cancer and all Pamela was going through she kept working.
Her boss let her bring work home when she was unable to make it into work.
And you know (if you had been reading along as she wrote) she had been through a lot by the time she wrote this entry on doing some work:
It looks by this entry: day 285 - CCCMA that her boss had still been keeping her on the payroll. Yes he finally started advertising her job, but if you look at this way: She wrote this entry on day 285 of her "journey" and on day 287 was her last entry.
She had to be one heck of a worker/person for her boss to have kept her on the payroll after she had gotten so sick and was having brain surgery.
It is getting harder and harder for me to dive into Pamela's journal these past few days. Some of the pictures in her journal have disappered (of course that could be just a burp in AOL J-land) but it brings tears to my eyes. I can not believe how brave Pamela was. I can't believe she's gone.
