Ok, as you can see I am still playing around with backgrounds.
I am still having problems with the ones that have a graphic on
the left side or trying to have good right margins. Celeste
sent some great links to help me, but I am so computer
challanged that it is taking me a while to figure it all out.
I am also trying to do a million things at once while online.
I want to get the background thing figured out, plus I need
to update all my journals.
I am trying to read some journals
and leave a comment or two. Plus remember I said that I
joined a million email groups? Most I used several different
email addys for -- a yahoo and a gmail(google's latest thing)--
but I am still overcome with all the email. I have always
wanted to get my email all cleared out every day. Well it's
not possible now. I have to drop some groups. But every
time I go to delete a group I start getting some cute graphics
and I don't delete.
Oh, and I am surfing around to find graphics to share with
my group. Did I mention that I am on dial up? Takes forever
to download things, and when I email graphics it takes forever
and a day for them to send and I can't do anything else while
they are sending.
Poor pitiful me!!! LOL
Dad called me this morning early. He said he was bringing his
truck to get R's ladder out of my shed (out building, whatever
you want to call the thing). I'm like: I have a ladder belonging
to R? Dad: yeah, he said he didn't want it anymore but I
knew he would come back for it. Me: So you stored it at my
place? Dad: yep. I gave A the other ladder you had up there.
Me: what other ladder? Dad: Before I retired they were
going to through it away because one of the legs got broke.
I fixed it by adding some wood to the bottom and it is as good
as new. Me: So it was at my place because that is where you
are storing your junk? Dad: it was a good ladder. Anyway
I gave it to A so you don't have it anymore.
I have got to check out that building to see what else he has
"stored" here! Just because I have some things "stored" at my
parents house (from when I moved out from home, or moved to
a place and had nowhere to put it) doesn't give them the right
to put things here! LOL
My girls -- the cats for those of you that are un-informed--
are doing great. Sophie is ALWAYS purring. Everytime I
pick her up she is purring. If I lean over to where she is
sitting she is purring. I don't get it. I guess she is a happy
cat.
That's all folks. Take care. I'll be around.

I love your backgrounds though
I have hard time keeping up with journals too
What a story of the ladder and your dad and the Storing it .
poor, pitiful you is right. lol I remember being in some graphic groups. Got so overwhelmed with mail I dropped out. Sometimes I wish I hadn't. I run out of graphics so fast. But other times, I'm glad I did.
You're doing a terrific job on your backgrounds. I like this one.

That was a wonderful thing to hear from you.
That you made room in your heart and family for 2 cats : D
I am sure they are happy to have you in their lives.
much love - Liz
So heres a little bit about me, my partner!
I am going to be 17 right around the corner..
I enjoy every minute of life and try to live to it's fullest.
I have been a very busy girl lately with school, band, homework, tests and such.
I have a lot of pets and I dont mind it one bit : D I actually think that having pets in the family makes greater bonding and love in the family.
I have a dog, 2 bunnies-one is wild, the other domesticated. The reason why we have a wild one is because when it was little, it lost his home and his mother wasnt there. He was too young. So we took care of him : )
I also have a hedgehog, fish, a frog, 2 birds, and 1 bird on its way home! : )
If you havent read all of my entries, then check them out because there are a few about my new bird. The 2 we have now are actually my mom's birds and I used to have my own bird, but it passed away because before we bought him, someone bought his best friend/mate and he was very upset. He was lonely for quite a time at the store and was sick but I felt bad for him. So ever since then, I miss him and I missed the feeling of him calling for me. So I looked into a Sun Conure and next thing I knew, we bought one. (before I had a Lovebird and they most likely live in pairs. They dont live too well alone)
but anywho. Since my bird is still a baby, he is not allowed to be taken home yet. So I have to wait till next week : )
but in the mean time, I am thinking of a name for him : D
I want something original, unique, and special just for him.
Talk to you soon!
Much love- Liz
Background is pretty.
