I could use some help please!

Help!!

I recently opened up another screen name to use for some groups I am in.  When I started to send a graphic this popped up:

I don't get this under any screen name except for the newest one.  I love this option with sending graphics or pictures.  Does anyone know how I can get it to work under my onestrangecat screen name?  I have clicked on all (I think) the mail options I can find.

Kathy

update: I am not using You've got pictures on the other screen name.  I am just copy/pasting from other emails or from my hard drive.  It is so weird that this is the first I have seen it (with the other screen name) and can't get it to work with this screen name.

I get the same screen every time I add pictures to email.  It comes from You've got pictures.  I think if you bring that up in your journal you can copy and paste pictures that way.  Not sure about other sites though.

I get that everytime I insert a picture into my mail. You must have checked the option to not show it again.
Here is what you do
open up read mail
Go to mail options
click mail preferences
click advanced tab
check box that says present picture quiality options
hit save

It's in your preferences.  Mail prefs I think.  Any time you send a picture or graphic in the body of an email it will ask you this question unless you set the preferences to automatically optimize or not.

Here it is:
In AOL's main bar at the top of your screen click: SETTINGS - then MAIL SETTINGS - then click the ADVANCED tab - it's the option that says "Present picture quality options when inserting pictures."  You can either check or uncheck that box.

Hope that helps. :)
