Celebration!

Celebrate good times, come on!!!!  LOL  Oh yeah......... Went back to my medical doctor today.  I've lost 7 pounds!!!!! OH YEAH!!!   And I wasn't even trying!

How did I do it?  Well..........a while back they were predicting some really bad weather here so I bought some bottled water.  My thinking was if something happened and the pipes froze or whatever I would need fresh water for my cats.  Big storm never happened and I had grown tired of stepping over the bottle water every day so I decided to start drinking it.

By the time I had drank up what I had in the house the diet drinks I was drinking tasted way too sweet.  In face I can't hardly stand anything other than water (and milk) right now.

So I have been drinking the water, and started actually drinking more and more than I was drinking of diet drinks before.  So I am guessing all this extra water is helping to curb my appetite because I am eating some less (still basically my usuall junk but not at much).

Wonder how much more weight I can lose just by drinking tons and tons of water?  This isn't too bad.

Talked to my medical doctor today about my tonsils and the other doctor.  He is getting me in to see another ENT on April 9th.  We even talked more about maybe why my tonsils got so big.  I mean there should be a reason right?  Had a great conversation with him and can't wait to see the new ENT.

Oh, the old ENT's office called me today.  My blood work came back and they didn't see any allergeries (well, at least none that they tested for).  They never asked anymore about me or offered to make another appointment.  Which was totally weird because I thought she was real close to wanting to take my tonsils out.  I'm glad I am getting another doctor.

Blood test may say I am not allergic to some things, but I know there is something in my house that my system doesn't like.  My medical doctor and the old ENT said they thought I had allergeies (from talking to me and from my nose "exam").  So I am wondering if whatever is making me feel like I'm allergic to something could be making my tonsils big also.  Maybe not a real infection type thing, but something that just isn't quite normal.  I am still staying tired a lot (even though I got some great sleeping pills from Dr Shrink).

I also could care less about doing anything but laying on the couch and flipping the tv channels.  Something needs to give in that department.  I'm getting nothing done, and I am spending really no time with my J-land buddies.  I am totally out of the loop about most all that is going on.  My fault I know.  Maybe things will start getting back to normal for me soon.

Good news. I drink water and can't lose weight. LOL!
And the other good news is that you're not allergic to your cat.
Maybe it's some cleaning product or spray you use.....did you buy different cat litter. I'm allergic to some of them and not others.

Good luck with the tonsils.

I have heard before that drinking water curbs the appetite.  We often think we are hungrey but we are really thirsty.  It is good for you anyway you look at it.  I too wish I could loose 7 pounds.  Congrats to you !  'On Ya' - ma

DOWN 7! GOOD for you! Never a bad thing, right?

Oh, and the allergies that no one could seem to identify, despite your symptoms? I had a similar experience. Turned out to be mold in the apartment. Bought a tester, found a positive test result, got this place bleached out big time, and the problems went away.

Won't cost much to find out. Feel better!

Excellent news about the weight loss -- BUT -- I really want you to get some energy back and rejoin the world and have no worries about the tonsils.  That is what I wish.

Water can do wonders. I don't drink nearly enough. So, congrats to you for being one of the few of us that are not walking around dehydrated. :-)

I think it's great you are getting a new Doc.  I hope it works out good.

You enjoy your day and your furbabies.
