I just read your one summers day,
I am manic depressive bi-polar/w severe anxiety this is when I stay up for days, and never sleep, it is hard to find someone who feels the same. My family, (parents) thinks I can just get better you would think after 12 years they'd figure it out. I do it without meds. I have 2 kids, it is very hard. I don't know what day it is sometimes.
My prayer's are with you.
