I saw a meme over at Penny's and thought I would try it.  But it seemed soooo looonnngg, so I decided to just to pick out a few of the questions and forget the rest.  Is that ok to do?  Well, it's my journal and that's what I have decided to do.  LOL  Feel free to go to Penny's and get the entire meme or just steal a few questions from here and do an entry of your own.

Where were you when the ball dropped for 2007? I was sleeping on my couch in front of the tv.

How did you get the idea for your my space name? I  don't "get" what the big deal is with My Space.  It holds no interest to me whatsoever.

What are you listening to right now? A cat scratching in their litter box.  Now if she would just cover up........ and I can hear the tv in the other room

Has the death of a celebrity ever made you cry? Yes, Sometimes the timing just hits me.   I don't remember if I actually cried but I remember being really upset with Elvis died.  It felt like someone had been murdered almost.  When the Beatle John died I was just the opposit and couldn't understand why the world seemed to stand still.  Maybe it was my age at the time, or just whatever else was going on in my life at that time.  I don't know.

 What color underwear are you wearing? All you need to know is that I am wearing some.  I used to work as a telephone operater at a catalog company, and hardly a day would go by without some jerk calling asking about my undies.

What are yourfavorite smells? fresh made coffee, and bacon frying.  I hate coffee but love the smell.  Bacon frying brings back a childhood memory.

What was the last concert you attended? That country duo, umm........Brooks and Dunn.  Someone had an extra ticket so I went.  First and last country concert I went to.  Don't remember which was Brooks and which was Dunn, but one of 'em had the longest legs and wore black jeans......

What is your favorite piece of jewelry?  my marvin the martian watch and I always wear my grandmother's wedding band.

What are your favorite stores?  book stores

Do you care what people think about you?  I say I don't but I think I do to some extent.  I think we all do.

What is the thing you’d most want to change about yourself?  LOL.  What don't I want to change?  Somethings I have finally realized are not within my grasp.  I just need to learn to be happy with who/what I am.

What is your favorite color?  green.  so why am I answering in blue?

What do you tell yourself when times get hard?  that someone else has it harder and to stop whining.
