This one is from Russ

Found this over at Russ' place

This could become a tag if anybody wants to run with it.  I dunno.  I know such a wide variety of people with interesting lives -- even though I'm not a very social person.  Some are just people I talk to on rare ocassions, some are people I work with, some are close personal pals, some are family members -- but I know them and they know me.  These are not 'net friends...but if you want to do this tag there is no rule which says you can't use cyber buddies.  Ready?

**mine is no where near as good as some of Toon's.  sorry I got a boring life**

I KNOW SOMEONE WHO...

committed suicide

broke apart a church congrecation

died of aids

killed his wife

had the state take away her kids

was a drug addict

packed up the family moved to Alaska and homesteaded some land

upon remembering she was molested went totally crazy and had to be put in a state mental hospital in order to help her deal with it (she was 16 at the time she remembered)

hit another person head on while he was driving drunk.  he was so drunk that he didn't even realize he's jaw was broke until the cops told him.  he blames his victim for the way his life is turning out

2 different people that were on their 3 marriage by their earily 30's

sorry I don't know anyone that has met famous people or who grew up to "be somebody"

Why do you think I don't watch soaps? Real life is more realistic. Thanks for sharing - like the tag btw.

Kathy~ Know someone who has met famous people? I have and you know me. Here are 2: Ned Johnson, billionare and chairman of Fidelity Investments, in the 80's I worked there and he invited all employees to have breakfast with him. He was an incredible person who was involved in all aspects of the business. If he moved any faster he'd be dancing.

My sister worked for Clint Eastwood at his Hogsbreath Inn for 20 years. After winning first place in a poetry competition in Carmel, CA, I was asked if I wanted to come in because he was there. Stood 5 feet from him inside the bar by an open air window by the outdoor fireplace where he was sitting. I had been at the restaurant many times but this was my first encounter, meeting, whatever. He was very handsome and talking a mile a minute.
