Have you heard? Want a few links to keep from being bored?

I get a newsletter from Snopes.com every so often.  The most recent one had some great stuff.  I decided to post some of the links here.  I am only sending you the TRUE stuff and NOT the hoaxs.  I don't want you to get confused with the two.

The first one is one you are going to get mad over.  And I don't blame you.  If I hadn't seen it on Snopes.com I would have never believed it.  The guy should be fired and then hanged (sorry, I'm still mad about it)

Texas Roadhouse

This one is funny.  Well, funny if you don't live in this guy's neighborhood.

Love thy neighbor

This is cool:

If you have kids this is scary:

Snopes has also updated their photo gallery.  Go see the fake, the real, the unbelievable:

And always keep up on the real and hoax virus warnings here:

I just ate at Texas Roadhouse this week! Well, this could be one stupid manager of a store & not reflective of the whole company. I wonder what the response from the corporate office was? That should tell them what kind of manager they have at that restaurant.

Love the vent cover! HA! Now is that also in his bathroom...sending them lovely vapors in response too! HA!

Yah know, the roadhouse may not be lying. People are superstitious. Two cops get killed at an establishment so they dont think its a safe place to go eat. They could have lost money and more than likely they did. I worked in the  restaurant business for 15 years. To loose $5,000 is doable in a week....I can understand why he might want to some compassion his way since his financial loss wasn't about what he did, but what a murderer did. Some might say they're being insensitive but its a totally different subject. Some evil person comes into your place of work, ends up killing two brave police officers, and for a month or so, your business slows down. $4,000 is alot of money.  What would I have done? Its in poor taste to ask for grace on a debt when lives were lost. I know its alot of money but I wouldnt have done that.  I do have compassion on all sides. -Raven

I checked out all of them.  The Texas Roadhouse one was unbelievable!  I really loved the letter that the police officer sent them, though.
