Ok folks time to sign a petition

I don't think I have ever asked you to sign a petition.  Have I?  Well I am now.  This is important.  Congress is being lobbied to "abandon the concept of network neutrality."  Say what?  I am losy at explainations.  Be the upshot of it is do you want to keep the internet free?
