This will be the first time I try a backgound in this journal. I have tried it before in my other strickly beta journal. Lets see if it works here. I really like this background. I have a picture of it above. It looks huge I may have to take it down.
I wanted to to update my beta stuff all day but they have been down. Now I am about ready to go to bed. Nothing has gone right. I need to try to fill up this entry some so it will be long enought to try the background on. So, I will start to ramble now. If anyone is reading this you may leave now if you want. No one will care about the ramblings of a crazy woman here.
The weather was beautiful today. It got up in the 70s! And to think we had close to 8 inches of snow last week.
Sadie just won't leave poor Dallas alone. Dallas was trying to use the litter box and there was little Sadie stalking her. I had to shut Sadie in another room so Dallas could potty. That is just crazy! Ok, I think I may have long enough of an entry to hit save and see what happens. I will probably still have to come back and put in some spacing Beta always messes that up.
Yeah, just like I said I had to come back and put in spacing that beta had taken out. And I think I will have to use a bigger font size. Here we go again. How do you like pink type on this background? Too hard on the eyes? Will beta ever fix the spacing problem? Am I the only one with this problem?

It's going to be so much fun experimenting with journals when they go public. I love the idea of backgrounds! I would like a green type on this background, but thats just me. LOL :-)

This is a good background. It's muted so it won't overpower any font and the pastel colors lend themselves to several font choices. You've having fun and doing very well with the backgrounds!

I like the *picture* of this background, Kathy, but as a background? It's a bit bright and overwhelming for me. But that's just me. As long as YOU like it, that's what counts.
I also wanted to let you know what a great help your Tips page has been to me and others. Thanks SO MUCH for compiling all of this information for us. You ROCK!

I find this pastel background very pleasing. I can't believe anyone has time to really "play" with the beta journals. I thought about it...but I have trouble keeping up as it is. I guess once it's official - I'll have a lot to learn.
