I AM MAD AND YES I AM YELLING THIS

If you are reading this at my old journal click here to go to the beta side so you can read the entire entry.

I AM SO @#*&+ MAD THAT I HAVE TO SCREAM!!!!!! WHY? BECAUSE OF THAT @#$^%)(  VET DR. FOX (not my beloved Dr. B).

Today I could tell that Sadie didn't feel good.  She was supposed to go tomorrow to have her stiches out but I just knew she was sick so I took her in today.  Dr. B wasn't there so I agreed to see Dr Mac.  Sadie was running a bit of a fever (can't tell you how high it was because I couldn't get a straight answer at what is normal for a cat.  I kept asking what normal was and Dr Mac would say "up to 102.something Sadie was like 101.6.  so she has a fever but it is still lower than the 102.whatever)

So Sadie gets a round of antibotics, some nose drops because her nose had started running.  I remarked about how skinny she still is and that the past few days I could her stomach girggleing.  "Lets test for worms" "But when I first found her DR FOX tested her that's why I didn't have her tested right before her surgery" "No, he de-wormed her but didn't test her for worms." "What about my other cat Dallas? Could she pick them up somehow?" "Could have, bring in a stool sample for us to test."

WHY DIDN'T DR FOX TEST HER FOR WORMS INSTEAD OF JUST DE-WORMING (WHICH DIDN'T WORK) HER?  SADIE WOULD HAVE GOTTEN IT ALL OVER WITH BEFORE I EVER BROUGHT HER HOME AND I WOULD NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT DALLAS (WHO IS 18 YRS OLD) GETTING ANY WORMS.

Now not only is Sadie sick we are having to deal with worms (that could be thrown up or pooped out) and the fact that Dallas may have them.

Sadie feels so bad.  She is a kitten so you can tell when the activity level falls off that something ain't right.

Oh poor Sadie. You'd think that if the doc dewormed her, she wouldn't have any, right? Strange... and I'd be annoyed too. That doc sounds like a moron. ~Melissa
