I hope everyone had a great and safe Thanksgiving. And that you survived the crowds if you dared to go out on Friday.
Before I forget here are a couple links I wanted to share. The first one is sort of odd (to me any ways) it was sent in a fwd, fwd....mail. I have no idea if the thing is real or not:
Global Incident Map Displaying Terrorist Acts, Suspicious Activity, and General Terrorism News
And something more fun:
Citizen of the Month » Get Ready for “The First Annual Blogger Holiday Online Arts and Crafts Fair”
I don't know the above person. I read his blog from time to time. Seems like he has a great idea and some of you might want to participate.
I went to the Wally-Mart with dad today. He wanted some groceries from there. I am surprised they weren't busier than they were. Right at the register they had some DVD's on sale for $2.96! How could a person resist? LOL I'm about broke but that wasn't going to stop me! I bought 6 DVD's for a total of less than $19.00! WOO HOO Glad I had a $20 stuck back in my wallet!
I have been trying to watch a video on YouTube and the stupid thing isn't working right. I am getting ill! Errrrr
I have tried a new game on AOL. Well new for me I don't know how long they have had it. It's called: Mystery Case Files: Ravenhearst. Here's a link: Play Mystery Case Files - Ravenhearst on AOL Games This is one I wouldn't mind actually buying.
Not much else to say. Sorry.
Take care. Steven King's The Stand is on the Sci Fi channel all afternoon. If you haven't seen it it is really good.

You were very brave to go to Walmart this weekend. I would have rather eaten dirt!

Thanks for the diverse links! Through the Citizen of the Month blog link I found a website, Etsy, that offers storesites for arts and crafts stuff and it is free like CafePress. Really great for the holidays sales coming up. Thanks again!

I absolutely love that game mystery case...I am hooked...have been playing it for a while...sometimes they change the scenes to other cases...it is pretty cool.
You definitely found a deal on DVDs I would not have passed that up either!
Have a terrific sunday!!!
Peace--Ellie
Hi hon,
Thanksgiving was nice, but a bit different...lonely kind of, since Johnny and I were alone this year. Christmas will be better because our youngest son and his family are coming. We can hardly wait. WOW! You hit a great sale on those DVD's, at only $2. 96. Guess it pays to be in the right place at the right time. lol
I'd have bought at least 8, if I wasn't broke first. Hope you're doing okay. I can't believe how long it's been since I visited here. Had my alerts turned off when I was going through stuff, and forgot to turn them back on. Now they are, so I'll be back. Happy Holidays!
