Can't believe that I have been off line for so long. Thanks so much to those of you that have asked about me.
Why haven't I been online? I have no real answer for you. I do suffer with depression and am guessing that is part of the reason that I suddenly had no desire to get online. Not just journaling online but being online at all.
I did have a problem with tremors/shaking and it was being caused by one of my meds -- although the doctor and I disagreed on which one was causing the problem. I tried it his way, which was just a waste of time -- I was right on which med was causing it (love it when I'm right! LOL). So it took about a month to get out of my system and during that month I started something new. Now I'm just crossing my fingers and hoping that I will get back to the way I was before.
I am guessing that J-land didn't celebrate our 4th anniversary and that no awards happened this year? I kind of guess not. Too bad -- about the anniversary at least.
Not much going on around here. The heat has been horrible. Almost all of my grass is dead. It really looks bad, but atleast with dying grass I don't have to pay to get it cut!
My cats are beautiful and healthy -- as always. Maggie is being a bit of a pain because of her diet. She is at the "top" weight she should be for her size so cutting back on food is happening and she isn't thrilled. Actually she gets all the dry food she wants, it's just that she wants can food and that has been cut back dramatically. I guess if someone took away my favorite food I would be grouchy too. LOL
I am going to really and try hard to make myself get online more. I miss all of you guys so much. Can you believe we have been here for 4 years now? WOW

Glad to see you back my friend. We are in a severe drought too. My kitty is in the hospital. Upper respiratory infection. Had it for months and just can't see to get better. Tammy

I think there was a journal chat on the 19th to acknowledge or celebrate the fourth anniversary, but I didn't see anything around about awards or the like. There are just certain personalities who will take the bull by the horn so-to-speak and get that kind of thing going. They seem to be in absentia and with all the ups and downs of the past couple of years, I guess I don't blame them.

You were missed! I don't usually comment but I do read your journal and enjoy hearing about your cats and the different topics you talk about. I, also, suffer from depression and I know that sometimes I can't write nor even go near the computer to turn it on. the desire is not there. Glad to see an alert from you. Take care of you!

YAY, so glad you are back with us. I hope the new meds work out. I'm just starting a new one too and so far so good.
It's been horribly hot here as well and yep the lawn looks like hay!
