I am behind on my journal reading so I just read about this over at artloner's place
Debbi4873's son --HM3 Travis L Youngblood--died from wounds he received during enemy fire in Bagdad. From reading her entry I gather that his wife is pregant and they have little ones at home.
Please keep this family in your prayers and go give Debbie some love. And as always:

How incredibly sad. And it's going on every day. Over a thousand of our young people and 27,000 plus Iraqi's have died.....and what for! No offense meant. I love our soldiers. I just do not believe in and never have believed in this war.
I haven't been able to figure out for the life of me how it is that we still have supporters of Bush.....I am so sorry to hear this and I am going to head over and let her know that I am here for her.
