I had my first workout at Curves today. They
give you a 30 minute work out. Doesn't sound too
bad, but let me tell ya I thought I was going to die>
I know I am out of shape but goodness gracious.
You are moving the entire 30 minutes. You go
from "station" to station, every other one has a
machine and the others are for you to keep moving
doing some sort of exercise. After the workout
you do some stretching exercises. I should lose
weight in sweat alone. LOL
Got word today that my Aunt E's application for
medicaid went through. WOO HOO She was
approved. That is a load off. Still looking for her
another place to live, but at least we don't have
to worry about how to pay for it. And the medicaid
is retro back to Dec 9th. That is great news also.
Sometimes I wonder about things. Sometimes
silly things. Lately I have been wondering if our
pets have to love us. What do you think? Just
because you bring an animal into your home does
it mean that the animal will automatically love you?
Doesn't work that way with people. Heck, even
family don't have to like you. But what about our
pets? What do you think? Is it a given that they
will love you?

Great background!! One of these days I'll start fiddling with these things. I tried doing one for one of my links pages but it took way too much time writing code in order to get all those links on top of the background. But, maybe in a journal entry from time to time would be a nice try.
Congrats on your Aunt E's stuff coming through!
I took a class in college that was a lot like the Curves set up except in between the machines you spent the time on a stationary bike. It reminded me of the circuit training we did when I was in the Army. It keeps you moving which makes it fun and the time go quickly.

I don't know about pets and love. In my opinion, our pets are more pure of heart than most humans and they accept us for who we are, warts and all. Of course I think a lot of their love is motivated by food. We feed them, they love us. :-)

Glad your Aunt's application was approved. That's a big weight off of you! And good luck with Curves. As for pets loving their human providers, I can't say..I've never had a pet to bond with. The background is very pretty. When I have a busy background I just use extra large font...that seems to take the busyness out of it for me :)
