Sometimes life is good. Sometimes life just stinks. And then you have days that are just so-so. I have been in an ok mood, nothing great, nothing bad for a few days. Not much happening around here. Here are a few bits and pieces of life right now.
It wasn't even about a year after I bought my house that the refriderater died. I wasn't really upset as it was (and my stove still is) this horrorable green color. I didn't have money to spend on replacing it but lets face it I need something. I went and bought the cheapest thing I could find. I didn't realize how much smaller it was until they delievered it. But I am thinking that it is just me so just how big of a fridge do I need? Well, evidently more room than I thought. I was alway fussing about not having room for anything.
Since I didn't have to make a house payment this month I took the money and bought a new fridge. It will be delievered Thursday. Can hardly wait. I am so looking forward to being able to put that gallon of milk in the door and free up some of that goreous shelf space. The freezer part doesn't have an icemaker but it is fixed so you can add one later if you want. The sales guy said you can get the kit for about $50. Maybe Santa will get it for me for Christmas! LOL
On the bad part of life......My parents next door neighbor has not got a "oh, poor animal" bone in his body. He found a dead rabbit (he thinks a baby one) in his yard. Guess a cat must have gotten the poor thing. So what does neighbor guy do? He gets a stick and knocks the dead bunny into the road. The road! Which needless to say got ran over until it was almost part of the road. I admit that maybe people would not do what I would have done (bury the poor baby), but wouldn't it have been better if he put it in the trash, or in the over grown area in the back yard? Anything but the street. I am sorry but I find that cold hearted. How could he walk out of his house and see that bunny lying in the road in front of his house?
Life goes on...trash men come tomorrow so I have to get the trash out, and the recycle guy comes tomorrow also. No matter how good or bad life is you can count on the trash and recycle coming the same day of every week. A small reminder of how life goes on.

You are right about that "the trash man comes on time" thank goodness. Poor little bunny. Paula
